Andrew, Senior Pet Professional
Our Pet Professional Andrew wears many hats. In addition to being a member of our crew, he is an Art Director and a NY State Licensed Massage Therapist. He has worked in small design studios and corporate marketing departments, as well as health spas and a chiropractic facility. In addition, he was a big brother for several years to pre/early teens at The Children's Aid Society in East Harlem. A Brooklyn native, Andrew grew up with a pet German Shepard and currently cares for his own Min-Pin Terrier and a Border Collie mix. He brings great devotion to the care and well-being of the clients of Paws&Claws.
Anne, Pet Professional
Anne comes to Paws&Claws with 12 years experience in the Entertainment/Media industry. After years of sitting behind a desk, she decided that she needed a change, and what better, giving and fulfilling way than to spend her time caring for animals. As a pet parent herself, Anne understands the importance of pet care, pet health, and most importantly pet love. Her future plan is to obtain a Veterinary Tech degree so that pets can have a lifetime of health and happiness with their humans.
Oscar, Pet Professional
Oscar has grown to be an important part of the Paws&Claws team. He is currently in college and working towards joining the US Navy. In between, he cares for our furry friends and does it with tremendous enthusiasm. He is the proud owner of his Chihuahua puppy that he adopted in 2011. His care and love of animals shows every day with every pet he is responsible for.
Nelson, Pet Professional
Nelson is a three year veteran of Paws&Claws. Having a 6-year old Husky of his own, Nelson knows the responsibility and patience it takes to care for pets, large and small. He appreciates the love and companionship pets bring to our lives. Nelson understands the different temperaments a pet can have, and cares for each one of our clients' pets individually.
Mabel, Pet Professional
By day, Mabel works in the offices of a major NYC entertainment venue. In her free time, she works as a walker, dog-sitter and care-giver for Paws&Claws as well
as for close family and friends. Prior to her current position, Mabel was a full time walker for Kate’s. She is an ASPCA Guardian and her love
of animals is unprecedented. With a dog of her own, Mabel understands the need to enlist a caring,
loving and trust-worthy person to care for a pet. She adores animals and believes in
caring for each of them as though they were her own.
